Ciertos proveedores de servicio de Internet (sus siglas son ISP: Internet Service Provider) es que para mostrar vídeos que son de YouTube (u otras páginas en general, pero explicándolo con este caso), envía al usuario de forma automática a su servidor de caché lo que a veces se traduce en congestionamiento de eso.netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=”YouTubePerformanceHack” dir=in action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yesEso lo hacen la mayoría de los ISP para mejorar el rendimiento de la conexión porque lo enviará a su servidor, en donde se alojan los archivos cacheados. Pues bien, con el truco que hoy les traigo, lo que haremos básicamente, será evitar que esto pase, si no que descargaremos el vídeo desde YouTube directamente, para que el streaming sea mucho más rápido, y la verdad sí que funciona.Lo primero que tenemos hacer es ejecutar CMD desde Inicio > Ejecutar > CMD y escribimos:
Damos "enter" y terminamos.
Con esto deberian de tener mas rapido la carga de videos.

BorrarEso no sirve para nada. Yo estoy con ONO tengo contratados 30Mbps y la verdad que ONO tiene limitado el servicio de youtube a nivel extremo, No cargan ni los videos a 240P. Yo y unos compañeros nos hemos quejado a ONO para que quite el limite o que lo reduzca sin embargo nos han dicho que no lo van a aquitar porque asi evitan sobrecargar la linea con tantos youtuberos. Asi que la solucion es DARSE DE BAJA de internet y a la mier.da todo.

The reason that the article gives for this causing a slowdown is that your Internet provider may be slowing down traffic from these addresses. Therefore blocking them will force the stream to be sent directly from YouTube's server which the Internet provider may not be slowing down traffic from.
If you have were not experiencing slow streaming before or have not seen any benefit from adding this rule, then I suggest you disable it as it could also slow down your connection if the CDN servers are not being slowed.

The advfirewall firewall add rule part tells it to add a rule to the firewall.
The name="MITCHRIBARYTUBE" part defines a name for the rule. This can be anything you like; to make it easy for you to recognise later.
dir=in specifies the direction of the rule, in this case inbound. This mean that this rule applies to computers trying to connect to your computer as opposed to when you connect to other computers.
action=block tells it to block any traffic that matches this rule.
remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 tells it that this rule applies to traffic where the other computer involved has an address starting with either 173.194.55 or 206.111. The /24 and /16 tell it how much of the address to use. There are eight bytes for each number between the dots so /24 tells it to use the first three (24/8) numbers (173.194.55) and /16 tells it to use the first two (16/8) numbers (206.111).
Finally, enable=yes simply sets the rule as enabled.
